Founder + Creative Director
Bailey Rosenberg founded Bailey Rose Events in 2017 after a career spanning television, business development and international event production.
A New Orleans native with experience producing large-scale events and celebrations around the world, Bailey brings both a creative eye and a highly strategic approach to the planning process. Her work is rooted in understanding her clients — how they entertain, what they value and how they want their guests to feel — and translating that into a celebration that could only belong to them.
Today, Bailey leads the creative direction and planning approach behind Bailey Rose Events alongside a trusted team of planning and production professionals.
Her work has been featured in Over The Moon, Carats & Cake, Today and The Wall Street Journal and includes celebrations ranging from intimate New Orleans weddings to multi-day destination events and million-dollar productions.
For Bailey, the best celebrations are never about following a formula. They're about creating something beautiful, meaningful and memorable — and making the experience of getting there feel just as considered.

We intentionally take on a limited number of celebrations, allowing our team to remain closely involved throughout the planning and design process. Every event begins with listening — understanding our clients, their priorities and the experience they want to create — before assembling the team and creative direction to bring it to life.
Bailey Rose Events is a collaborative studio. While Bailey leads the vision and approach behind the brand, our planning and production team works together behind the scenes and on-site to ensure every celebration is executed with the level of care our clients expect.
